  Description:  Model N is hiring a Principal Consultant, Medicaid for our Business Services team  Successfully support Medicaid claims processing for our life science customer base  Align services and solutions with clients strategic priorities, compliance program needs, and support of contract management programs  This role can be fully remote Requirements:  Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field  6+ years of experience working in the pharmaceutical industry working with Medicaid agreements is required  Experience working in mandated deadline environment; effective management of multiple client assignments; ability to prioritize  Ability to continually build detailed subject matter expertise in Government Contracting Compliance  Must be able to comprehend and/or learn complex government compliance requirements and retain, build upon, and apply this knowledge daily  Excellent oral and written skills  High accuracy rate and attention to detail... along with high degree of analytical skills; ability to produce client-ready deliverables to a high-level executive/professional client base  Experience with Microsoft Office and strong Excel skills  Able to manage multiple and competing tasks across functional areas is essential  Technical ability to understand underlying data structures and deal with large amounts of data  Experience achieving and maintaining compliance with all applicable regulatory, legal, and operational rules and procedures and activities are met with  best industry practices  Ability to deliver required periodic results with a high degree of accuracy and minimal management review Benefits:  Medical, dental, vision  Health savings  Flexible savings  Commuter benefits  Matching 401K  ESPP  PTO  VTO  Life insurance  Pet insurance  Employee assistance programs  Mental health programs  Charitable giving  Coaching  Career growth Apply Job!  Simple Application Process Ready to join us?
