About the Role: We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to act as an extension of our founder, ensuring smooth operations across multiple tasks. You’ll handle event bookings, marketing outreach, and creative design while keeping everything running seamlessly. If you love pop music, thrive in fast-paced environments, and have a sharp eye for detail, this role is for you! Key Responsibilities: Personal & Executive Support Be the right-hand person to the executive, anticipating needs and handling tasks proactively Maintain schedules, manage calendars, and handle meeting bookings (including dance parties) Coordinate travel, logistics, and event planning Marketing & Promotion Assist in promoting events and dance parties through various marketing channels Compile lists of influencers and media contacts for outreach Conduct outreach via Instagram, company emails, and social media \n Graphic Design & Content Creation (Major Requirement) Edit and create artwork using Canva and Photoshop Ensure all branding materials are visually appealing and aligned with company aesthetics Outreach & Communication Find and reach out to potential contacts, partners, and event collaborators Cold calling (optional for later stages) Spanish-speaking is a plus but not required Music & Pop Culture Awareness (Major Requirement) Must be a consumer of pop music and passionate about the music industry Stay updated on trends in pop culture and social media Ideal Candidate: Highly reliable & detail-oriented – Must always have the executive’s back Proactive & takes initiative – Ability to anticipate needs and solve problems independently Tech-savvy – Experience with Google Workspace, social media tools, and marketing platforms Creative mindset – Comfortable with Canva & Photoshop for design work Strong communication skills – Experience in outreach, networking, and influencer relations Loves music & entertainment – Passionate about pop culture, music, and events Tools: Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Gmail) – For document creation, email management, scheduling, and organizing Social Media Management Tools – Instagram, Hootsuite, Buffer for scheduling and managing outreach campaigns Canva & Photoshop – For creating and editing graphics and marketing materials CRM Tools – Mailchimp, Beehive, or similar for managing outreach and email campaigns Task Management Tools – Notion, Trello, or Asana for managing projects, tasks, and event planning Event Planning Tools – Eventbrite, Google Calendar, or similar for organizing and booking events Communication Tools – WhatsApp, Zoom, Google Meet for communication and outreach Research & Outreach Platforms – LinkedIn, Instagram, or industry-specific tools for influencer and media contact management Music & Pop Culture Tools – Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube for staying updated on trends in pop culture and music \n$1,000 - $1,000 a month \n Why Join Assist World? 100% REMOTE $50 birthday bonus $200 testimonial bonus $500 entry monthly raffle NO TRACKER.
