UX Designer – AI-Powered Recruiting Platform Immediate need for a talented UX Designer – AI-Powered Recruiting Platform. - We are seeking an experienced Senior UX Researcher to lead generative and evaluative research initiatives for an AI-powered recruiting platform.
- The ideal candidate will partner with product, design, engineering, and talent acquisition stakeholders to uncover user needs, evaluate product experiences, and drive research-informed decisions across recruiter, hiring manager, and candidate workflows.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Must have skills: UX, AI-Platform, Saas
- 8+ years of UX Research experience within Enterprise SaaS, HR Technology, or similar complex platforms.
- Experience researching AI-enabled or AI-augmented products, including explainability, trust, and adoption challenges.
- Strong expertise in mixed-method research techniques including:
- User Interviews
- Surveys
- Card Sorting
- Co-Design Workshops
- Tree Testing
- Usability Testing
- Contextual Inquiry
- Hands-on experience with research platforms such as Dovetail, Maze, UserZoom, or equivalent tools.
- Strong ability to translate research findings into actionable product and design recommendations.
