UGC Video Editor (Part-Time, Contract, Remote)
We make UGC ads at Kraken Ads. We write the strategy and scripts, and hire creators to film the content. We need a reliable editor to chop up the raw footage into short-form video ads for TikTok, Reels, and Meta. Fully remote, part-time contract. We send you the briefs and footage, you edit. What you'll do:
- Edit raw creator footage into fast, engaging vertical-first videos.
- Make 3 different hook variations for each video so we can test them.
- Add clean captions, native fonts, and basic sound design.
- Make quick custom thumbnails for the ads.
- No AI: We don't use AI voices or avatars. Keep it human.
What we need:
- A portfolio of short-form vertical videos or UGC ads you've edited.
- You know how to make a video interesting in the first 3 seconds.
- Proficiency in Premiere, CapCut, or whatever software you use to work fast.
- You can hit deadlines without being chased down.
- You are ideally USA-based and speak fluent English
