Senior Immigration Legal Assistant Contract/ Remote Bilingual
Bilingual Immigration Intake & Client Services Assistant (Contract) World One Law Group is seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Client Services and Intake Assistant to help support our growing immigration practice. This is a remote independent contractor position focused on client communication, intake, scheduling, document collection, and administrative support. The Most Important Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls
- Conduct client intake in English and Spanish
- Schedule consultations
- Follow up with leads and existing clients
- Collect and organize documents
- Maintain accurate records in our systems
- Assist with administrative and operational tasks
- Support attorneys and paralegals as needed
Immigration Experience Prior immigration law experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right person if they have strong communication skills, professionalism, and a willingness to learn. This Position Is Not a Good Fit For Someone Who
