[Remote] Syteline Finance Consultant
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Washington Frank International is seeking an experienced Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI) 10 Finance Consultant to support the design, configuration, and optimization of financial processes within the CSI ecosystem. The role involves leading the implementation of CSI financial modules, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring system accuracy and reporting readiness.
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation, configuration, and enhancement of CSI 10 financial modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Cost Accounting
- Collaborate with finance, operations, and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable CSI solutions
- Conduct system analysis to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation or process improvement
- Support month‑end and year‑end close activities by ensuring system accuracy, data integrity, and reporting readiness
- Develop functional specifications for customizations, integrations, and reports
- Provide hands‑on support for testing, training, and user adoption across finance teams
- Troubleshoot system issues and partner with technical teams to resolve defects or performance challenges
- Assist with upgrades, patches, and new feature rollouts within the CSI 10 environment
- Maintain documentation for configurations, workflows, and financial processes
Skills
- Strong experience with Infor CSI / SyteLine, specifically version 10 or later
- Deep understanding of core finance processes, including GL structure, financial reporting, cost accounting, and audit controls
- Hands-on experience configuring CSI financial modules and supporting end-to-end implementations
- Proficiency in analyzing financial data, workflows, and system dependencies
- Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and communicate complex concepts in a clear, business-friendly way
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience with Infor OS, ION workflows, or BOD-based integrations
- Familiarity with SQL queries, reporting tools (SSRS, Birst, Crystal), or data migration
- Background in manufacturing or distribution environments
- Exposure to project methodologies such as Agile or hybrid models
