Job Title Remote Senior Google Ads PPC Specialist (100% Work From Home) Location Remote from Latin America Position Type Full-time Salary $2,000 - 2,800 USD/month Schedule Monday-Friday, 900am to 500pm Pacific Time Job Overview We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Google Ads PPC Specialist to join our client's fast-moving white label digital marketing agency. This role is for someone who can hit the ground running, manage multiple lead-generation accounts simultaneously, and operate with a high level of autonomy and precision. You'll be part of a very small, tight-knit team where organization, ownership, and strong communication are essential.
Responsibilities
- Manage, optimize, and scale multiple lead-generation focused Google Ads accounts (15-30+) across various industries.
- Build and maintain high-performing campaign structures including keyword research, ad creation, bidding strategies, and conversion tracking. Build new campaigns, adjust, and optimize campaigns, ad groups, keywords, extensions, etc
- Monitor performance daily and execute optimization strategies to improve CPL, ROAS, and overall lead quality.
- Implement accurate and reliable tracking using Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, WhatConverts, and CallRail.
- Conduct audits, develop strategies, and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with internal team members to maintain high-quality client deliverables and campaign outcomes.
- Stay ahead of platform changes, best practices, and industry trends.
- Join daily stand-up meeting at 900 am PST Monday-Friday.
- Stay available and responsive on Slack/WhatsApp during 9-5 pm PST (respond to clients within ~15 minutes during working hours) Qualifications, Skills and Key Competencies
- 3+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience, managing multiple accounts simultaneously across various niches.
- Proven background in lead generation campaigns, not just eCommerce.
- Ability to manage a high volume of small- to mid-sized accounts efficiently.
- Someone who considers themselves a senior-level PPC professional.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong analytical mindset and advanced understanding of performance metrics.
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management.
- High level of independence-able to work with minimal supervision and thrive in a very small team environment.
- Experience with GTM, GA4, WhatConverts, CallRail, and general conversion tracking setups. Nice to have
- Experience with Microsoft Ads.
- Familiarity with landing page CRO best practices.
- Agency experience.
- Experience with Facebook Ads.
- Experience with landing page software like Lead Pages.
