[Remote] REMOTE - Director/Senior Recruiter/Executive Recruiter - Financial Services
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Taproot Executive Search is seeking a detail-oriented Recruiter at all levels to assist with the high volume of incoming applications in the Financial Services sector. This role focuses primarily on sourcing and recruiting new candidates, reviewing resumes, screening candidates, and recommending qualified applicants for next-stage interviews.
Responsibilities
- Source new candidates through LinkedIn and cold messaging/calling
- Review and evaluate large volumes of incoming resumes for multiple open roles
- Assess candidate experience and qualifications against job requirements
- Categorize and prioritize applications using an applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Conduct brief screening calls as needed to confirm basic fit or interest
- Collaborate with hiring managers and full-time recruiters to align on role criteria
- Maintain accurate candidate records and notes within the ATS
- Provide weekly summaries or recommendations of top candidates
Skills
- Previous Financial Services Recruiting experience
- Previous experience in an in-house Accounting/Middle-Office Finance role (looking for a career change into recruiting)
- Knowledge of Financial Services Accounting or Middle Office Finance
- 2-10+ years of experience in an Accounting, Finance or Recruiting position
- Strong ability to quickly interpret resumes across a variety of roles or industries
- Excellent judgment and attention to detail
- Familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter who can manage workload independently in a remote environment
