[Remote] Pediatrician Growth Consultant (MD, 1099) – Arizona
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Clarity Pediatrics is seeking an Arizona-licensed Pediatrician to support the launch of their behavioral health and medical services in Arizona. This contract position will be crucial in payer enrollment, credentialing, clinical readiness, and launch activities as the company establishes operations in the state.
Responsibilities
- Credentialing & Licensure
- Participate in commercial and Medicaid payer enrollment processes
- Complete and maintain CAQH and credentialing documentation
- Review and sign provider enrollment applications and related attestations
- Participate in occasional meetings related to network expansion and market launch
- Participate in 1-2 user research interviews to understand the AZ landscape - provider attitudes, patient attitudes towards care
- Help identify local key opinion leaders in the pediatric space and facilitate introductions where appropriate
Skills
- Active, unrestricted Arizona medical license
- Board-certified Pediatrician
- Active DEA registration
- Ability to credential with commercial and government payers
- Strong attention to detail and responsiveness during enrollment and credentialing activities
- Arizona State residency required
- Experience with telehealth and value-based care models preferred
- Active Arizona Medicaid enrollment preferred
