Remote Mental Health Counselor - LICSW, LMFT, or LPCC Salary: $100,000-$110,000 Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Job Summary: This role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality mental health care virtually to clients across Minnesota. As a licensed counselor, you'll support individuals through life challenges, offering consistent care in a remote setting. Responsibilities:
- Conduct secure teletherapy sessions.
- Create and monitor client care plans.
- Document sessions and ensure compliance with state guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues for coordinated care.
Requirements
- Active Minnesota license: LICSW, LMFT, or LPCC.
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapy or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in clinical counseling.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable in a remote role.
