[Remote] Kinaxis RapidResponse / Maestro Consultant
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Omiz Staffing Solutions (OSS) is seeking a highly skilled Kinaxis Consultant with expertise in Kinaxis RapidResponse (Maestro) to design, develop, configure, and support enterprise supply chain planning solutions. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders to implement scalable planning solutions and requires strong experience in supply chain planning processes and data integration.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and configure Kinaxis RapidResponse/Maestro solutions to support supply chain planning processes
- Create and maintain workbooks, worksheets, dashboards, reports, metrics, and task flows
- Develop scripts, calculated tables, control tables, and automation workflows within Kinaxis
- Integrate Kinaxis with ERP systems such as SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, and other enterprise applications
- Perform data modeling, data mapping, transformation, validation, and ETL activities
- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Support Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Inventory Planning, Capacity Planning, and S&OP processes
- Troubleshoot production issues, optimize system performance, and provide ongoing application support
- Participate in UAT, deployment, hypercare, and enhancement activities
- Create technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to business and support teams
Skills
- 5+ years of experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse/Maestro development
- Strong expertise in: Workbooks, Worksheets, Dashboards, Reports
- Scripts and Automation
- Calculated Tables and Control Tables
- Scenario Modeling and Alert Configuration
- Data Modeling and Performance Tuning
- Experience integrating Kinaxis with SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems
- Strong understanding of Supply Chain Planning concepts: Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, Capacity Planning, Forecasting, S&OP
- Experience with SQL, ETL processes, and data integration tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Kinaxis Author, Administrator, Integration, or Solution Architect Certifications
- Experience with Snowflake, Talend, SnapLogic, Informatica, MuleSoft, or SAP CPI
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
- Experience leading Kinaxis implementation or rollout projects
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
