[Remote] IT Recruiter
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Patriot Talent Solutions is seeking an IT Recruiter to join their growing team. The role focuses on managing the full cycle recruiting process, enhancing client and candidate experiences, and developing a talent pipeline through strategic recruiting methods.
Responsibilities
- Manage full cycle recruiting process with a laser focus on improving client and candidate experience
- Partner with Patriot account managers and client hiring managers to identify key requirements for each role
- Develop a talent pipeline utilizing diverse and strategic recruiting methods including tactical research, referral generation, and sourcing campaigns
- Engage, screen and interview qualified candidates
- Facilitate interview process and hiring discussions with Patriot account managers, interviewers and hiring managers
- Maintain data reports and performance metrics to share with account managers and hiring teams on a regular basis
- Drive offer process, including extending offers, negotiation, and closing candidates
- Act as an internally and externally-facing representative of Patriot Talent Solutions and our recruiting team
Skills
- 1+ year of sales, marketing, recruiting and/or sourcing experience with a search firm or in-house recruiting team
- Ability to speak to the Information Technology Industry
- Patient, communicative team player that is detail oriented and has outstanding interpersonal skills
- Experience partnering with managers, interviewers, and team members throughout the hiring process
- Interest in contributing to Patriot's mission and goals
- Technical recruiting experience is a major plus (but not required - we will provide training because we highly value aptitude and attitude over experience for this position)
- Passionate about recruiting and adding value to technical professionals, clients and Patriot team members
