[Remote] Infor CSI/Syteline Consultant
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Visual South is seeking an ERP Consultant specializing in Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI) / SyteLine to join their growing Professional Services Group. In this client-facing role, you will guide manufacturers through the full implementation lifecycle, helping them unlock greater efficiency and profitability while working independently from your home office.
Responsibilities
- Lead business process design, analysis, and re-engineering workshops
- Implement and configure Infor CSI/SyteLine to meet client requirements
- Deliver end-user training and drive change management initiatives
- Support data conversion, validation, and quality assurance
- Develop and customize reports to meet client needs
- Serve as a trusted advisor, providing ongoing guidance and superior customer service throughout the engagement
Skills
- 10+ years of consulting, manufacturing, or ERP implementation experience
- Deep knowledge of manufacturing operations: BOMs, routings, MRP, production metrics, and inventory management
- Familiarity with supply chain, purchasing cycle, sales cycle, and inventory control processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident presenting to and leading small groups
- Ability to manage client relationships and lead organizational change effectively
- Experience with Velocity Suite, Infor OS, or Infor Mongoose
- Accounting or financial operations knowledge
- Relevant degree and/or professional certifications
