Remote Hospitality Technology Lead
Our client, a forward-thinking leader in the hospitality and tourism sector, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Remote Hospitality Technology Lead. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in the US, contributing to the digital transformation of the hospitality industry. You will be responsible for evaluating, implementing, and managing cutting-edge technology solutions that enhance guest experiences, streamline operations, and drive revenue for hospitality businesses. This includes overseeing systems such as Property Management Systems (PMS), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, booking engines, and mobile applications. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, including hotel management, IT departments, and third-party vendors, to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of technology infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of hospitality operations and a deep knowledge of current and emerging technologies relevant to the sector. You will lead technology strategy development, conduct vendor assessments, manage project timelines and budgets, and provide technical support and training to end-users. Excellent problem-solving abilities, project management skills, and the capacity to work independently in a remote setting are crucial.
