[Remote] Denials Prevention Revenue Cycle Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Ensemble Health Partners is a leading provider of technology-enabled revenue cycle management solutions for health systems. The Revenue Cycle Analyst is responsible for analyzing claims, payments, and account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance, while identifying trends in underpayments and recommending corrective actions to improve financial performance.
Responsibilities
- Provides service level revenue cycle operations reporting and analysis within revenue cycle services
- Escalates issues and concerns with leadership to identify and resolve service level issues
- Analyze and understand historical data and staffing to forecast future requirements
- Supports the review, recommendation and implementation of metrics and reporting for Revenue Cycle Services
- Assists in strategic planning and performs ongoing process improvement evaluation
- Provides exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders
Skills
- 1 to 3 Years experience
- Demonstrated advanced usage of AI and the management of teams using AI to lean into process and technological improvements, to include the exploration, experimentation, and application of AI
- This is a remote position; however, candidates must be willing and able to travel to and work onsite at client, temporary, or corporate office locations as business needs require
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience
