We are seeking a motivated *REMOTE* Insurance Agent to join our team. As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for selling insurance policies to clients, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction. About NXTLVL HEALTH INSURANCE AGENCY LLC NXTLVL HEALTH INSURANCE AGENCY LLC’s purpose is to provide affordable health insurance for everyone through the marketplace Description Your Role: As a Licensed ACA Health Insurance Agent, you’ll: Guide clients through the enrollment process for ACA-compliant health plans, ensuring they understand their options under the Affordable Care Act. Provide personalized needs assessments to match individuals and families with the most suitable plans. Build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering exceptional service and fostering trust. Achieve and exceed sales targets through consultative selling, persistence, and a client-first approach. Stay current on ACA regulations, subsidy qualifications, and plan updates to provide accurate information. Qualifications - Proven experience in sales, preferably in retail sales or outside sales - Strong communication and customer service skills - Knowledge of insurance products and sales administration - Ability to effectively communicate in Spanish is a plus -License in FL, GA, IL, KY, LA, MS, NC, OK, PA, SC, TX Job Type: Full-time Pay: $72,278.00 - $95,368.00 per year Supplemental Pay: Bonus opportunities Commission pay Experience: Sales: 1 year (Required) Health Insurance sales: 1 year (Required) ACA Sales: 1 year (Required) License/Certification: Health License (Required) 2025 FFM Certification (Preferred) Salary $72,278 - $95,368 per year Apply To this Job
