- Position: Property, Real Estate, and Community Association Managers
- Type: Contract
- Compensation: $1500–$1700
- Location: Remote
- Duration: ~2 weeks
- Commitment: ~15 hours/week
- Role Responsibilities
- Create deliverables for common requests within the Property, Real Estate, and Community Association Management domain.
- Review peer-developed deliverables to enhance AI research.
- Work independently and remotely on a flexible schedule.
- Contribute expertise to cutting-edge AI research.
Qualifications
- Must-Have
- 4+ years professional experience in Property, Real Estate, and Community Association Management.
- Excellent written communication with strong grammar and spelling skills.

- Compensation & Legal
- Payment: All experts receive a $100 onboarding payment for completing the onboarding quiz. Experts who pass enter a work trial period with a $1,500 payment for the first task. Payment then shifts to hourly pay.
- Performance Bonus: Top performers receive a weekly bonus incentive on top of their per task rate.
