We have a full-time position available for a Program Manager in our Supply Chain Execution business unit. The Program Manager is responsible for the overall success of partner projects. Project success will be achieved through resource planning, scheduling, partner and customer relationships and solid decision making. This role not only maintains customer relationships, but also manages and mentors partner team members to achieve project success. What a day in the life looks like:

  • Oversee project success, solution architecture, and quality assurance.
  • Maintain expertise in products and technologies for customer solutions.
  • Develop project strategy, monitor progress, budget, and partner engagements.
  • Support sales with solution designs, service quotations, and project planning.
  • Manage partner teams, resource allocation, and ensure methodology adherence.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships, resolve conflicts, and escalate issues as needed

What you bring to the team:

  • Ability to travel as needed up to 50%
  • 3-5 years of program management experience
  • 2+ years of project management experience
  • Proven conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi task
  • BA/BS in Computer Science, Business Administration, Operations or related field
  • Technical or operations background in supply chain
