Podcast Guest Booker & Research Assistant (LinkedIn Outreach For B2B Podcasts)

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Guest Booker to help source and secure high-quality podcast guests for a range of B2B podcasts. Our clients operate in industries including recruitment, finance, technology and healthcare. These are highly targeted podcasts designed to build authority and attract the right audience and guests. You’ll be responsible for researching ideal guests, reaching out via LinkedIn and email, following up to a schedule, and helping manage the booking pipeline. You’ll be working from detailed briefs, outreach templates, and our internal AI research tools, but this is not a copy-and-paste role. We need someone who can think critically, personalise outreach, and identify genuinely relevant guests. Responsibilities - Research and identify ideal podcast guests using LinkedIn, social media, online research, and AI tools. - Follow client and ideal guest briefs. - Personalise outreach templates based on guest background, expertise, and relevance. - Identify relevant talking points and angles each guest would be strong on. - Conduct outreach and follow-ups through LinkedIn and email. - Keep the outreach spreadsheet up to date. - Maintain a professional and friendly tone in all communication. Requirements - Fluent written and spoken English. - Great research skills and attention to detail. - Some experience with booking commercially relevant podcast guests within niche industries via LinkedIn/email. - Comfortable using LinkedIn for outreach and networking from a tidy LinkedIn profile. - Able to follow detailed processes and briefs. - Good organisational skills and ability to stay on top of follow-ups. - Comfortable with customising templates to suit the guest. - Reliable communication and responsiveness. - Happy to work collaboratively with a team. - Available weekdays in UK, US or Canadian time zones.

Compensation

This role is paid per successful guest booking, with a compensation of $100 per booked guest, depending on the client and project. Payment is made once the podcast interview has actually taken place. This structure is designed to reward quality over quantity and encourages thoughtful, targeted outreach rather than mass messaging. We’re looking for someone who can identify genuinely strong-fit guests and build professional conversations that lead to real interviews.
