OTR Dispatcher – STRONG Amazon Relay Experience Required
About us AGXP is a growing OTR trucking company looking for an experienced Dispatcher who knows Amazon Relay inside and out and understands today's freight market. DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE STRONG AMAZON RELAY EXPERIENCE. We are not looking for someone who has only seen or used Amazon Relay occasionally. You must have hands-on experience managing trucks, booking loads, resolving issues, and operating daily within the Amazon Relay platform. Requirements:
- Strong, verifiable Amazon Relay experience.
- Experience dispatching OTR trucks.
- Deep understanding of current freight market conditions, rates, and lane pricing.
- Experience booking profitable freight on DAT and other load boards.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Dispatch company drivers and owner-operators.
- Manage all aspects of Amazon Relay operations.
- Book profitable loads and maximize truck revenue.
- Coordinate pickups, deliveries, and driver schedules.
- Track loads, communicate with drivers, and resolve service issues.
- Monitor market conditions and make strategic load-planning decisions.
