NP - TeleHealth UC - MUST HAVE 20+ LICENSES
Nurse Practitioner needed for a flexible 26-week locums opportunity in a virtual primary care setting with the potential for extension. This remote 1099 position offers day, swing, night, and weekend shift availability with providers expected to maintain a consistent minimum of 20+ synchronous hours per week. Opportunities are available across Urgent Care with potential cross-training into Medical Weight Loss and HRT/TRT services. Providers will primarily manage virtual urgent care visits through a combination of synchronous and asynchronous patient care, including chart reviews and patient assessments. Urgent Care work is approximately 80% asynchronous and 20% synchronous, allowing for significant scheduling flexibility, including overnight async work completed from an appropriate professional setting. Providers submit monthly availability for patient-booked appointments and may pick up additional shifts as desired. Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience and be Medicare-eligible. Providers with multiple active state licenses are highly preferred. Training and onboarding are streamlined, typically completed within 2–5 weeks, and include two paid onboarding sessions. Compensation is assessment-based with additional earning opportunities available through cross-training into other service lines.
