• Pay Range: $50$56 per hour, based on experience
• Schedule: Full-time and part-time options available
• Location: 100% remote, with virtual therapy sessions
• Caseload: Work with K-12 students of all ages and speech needs
• Contract: Independent contractor (1099)
• School Year: 20262027 school year beginning in August 2026

Responsibilities:

• Virtual Speech Therapy: Deliver personalized speech therapy sessions, adjusting strategies for each student's unique needs.
• Assessment & Evaluation: Conduct thorough virtual speech and language assessments to identify challenges and develop treatment plans.
• Collaboration: Partner with parents, educators, and school staff to create and implement individualized plans to support students' success.
• Behavioral Strategies: Design and implement effective strategies to address communication disorders and related behavioral challenges.

Qualifications:

• Education: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Certification: ASHA certification (CCC-SLP), with eligibility for or an active Colorado state license.
• Experience: At least 2 years of experience, ideally in a school or pediatric environment.
• Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with students, families, and educational teams.
• Technology: Comfortable using virtual platforms (Zoom, online tools, etc.) for assessments and therapy sessions.
