Music Artist Manager

- Identify and recruit promising musical talent through strategic scouting and industry networking

- Negotiate contracts with record labels, booking agencies, sponsors, and other partners to secure beneficial deals
- Coordinate with talent agencies for artist representation and manage talent acquisition processes
- Oversee the creation of promotional content, press releases, and marketing materials to enhance artist profiles
- Build and maintain strong relationships with industry stakeholders such as promoters, venues, and media outlets
- Handle administrative tasks related to contracts, licensing agreements, and sales tracking Skills
