As a key member of our marketing team, you will work closely with influencers and fellow marketing colleagues to refine content strategies, optimize performance, and drive impactful campaign outcomes.
Responsibilities
You identify, contact, and build relationships with social media influencers who align with our brand values and vision You develop and execute creative influencer marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience and generate attention You collaborate with our content and marketing teams to create engaging, shareable content in collaboration with influencers You monitor influencer performance and evaluate content quality, engagement metrics, and posting effectiveness to identify optimization opportunities and improve future campaign results You organize influencer events, including shootings and video shoots, for our social media channels You stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in influencer marketing
Qualifications
You have previous experience in influencer marketing or social media management within the fitness or nutrition industry in the Netherlands You have a confident personality with excellent communication and relationship-building skills You think creatively and are able to develop engaging campaigns You possess strong analytical skills and are able to assess influencer performance, content quality, and campaign data to derive actionable recommendations and growth strategies You are proficient in social media platforms and content creation tools You are fluent in Dutch and English
