Freight Dispatcher
13 Freight Group is a woman-owned freight carrier based in Lincoln, Nebraska and we are building our team. We need a dispatcher who knows how to find quality drivers, build relationships, and move freight efficiently. This is a ground floor opportunity. You will not be a number here. You will be a key part of building something that lasts. What We Need:
- Freight dispatch experience required — minimum 1 year
- Experience working with owner operators and 1099 drivers
- Ability to recruit and retain quality CDL-A drivers
- Strong negotiation skills with freight brokers
- Self-motivated — we are a startup not a corporation
- DAT or load board experience preferred
- Available and responsive — drivers need support on the road
