Fitness Direct Sales Representative - Charlotte, North Carolina

Are you passionate about fitness and outdoor wellness? KOMPAN U.S. is looking for a Fitness - Direct Sales Representative to champion our cutting-edge outdoor fitness equipment. In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor and sales expert, driving strategic projects ranging from $10,000 to over $1 million. You'll build strong relationships, generate demand, and help shape healthier, more active communities. What You’ll Do

  • Sell and promote KOMPAN outdoor fitness equipment to industry targets in your region, becoming an expert in design and functionality
  • Prospect, network, and build a pipeline through activity-based sales
  • Leverage the CRM by targeting market segments (e.g., higher education, schools, multi-family & housing, emergency services, leisure, contractors, and developers, specification – architects, landscape architects & engineers)
  • Create product awareness and demand by articulating the world-class quality of KOMPAN equipment through presentations and industry events
  • Prepare sales quotations and basic designs with the assistance of our highly supportive, multi-disciplinary, and centralized resource teams
  • Ensure quality communication with your customers throughout the sales process, from the design phase through installation and post-sale

What You’ll Need

  • College degree preferred
  • Experience in long sales cycles and solution selling is preferred
  • Demonstrated knowledge of managing a CRM system is preferred
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and project-management capabilities
  • High degree of integrity and professionalism
