As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our drugstore adjudication system's eligibility records. You will be responsible for resolving discrepancies between our enrollment package records and the eligibility records, as well as collaborating with various internal and external teams to resolve issues and improve processes. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and has excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Resolve discrepancies between enrollment package records and eligibility records

• Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve issues and improve processes
• Analyze and resolve problems from various reports and work queues
• Reconcile eligibility between systems
• Monitor and track records to ensure accuracy and integrity
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
• Provide excellent customer service and communication to internal and external stakeholders
• *Required Qualifications**

• 1-2 years of experience in data entry and analysis, preferably in the healthcare industry

• Strong understanding of medical terminology and healthcare concepts
• Excellent verbal, written, and problem-solving communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project
• High School Diploma or equivalent
