About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Create Personalized Health Plans: Collaborate with customers to develop tailored health plans, setting achievable goals and providing guidance on healthy habits.
• Expert Guidance and Support: Offer expert advice on health and wellness topics, helping customers navigate the complexities of healthcare and make informed decisions.
• Stay Up-to-Date on Health and Wellness Topics: Continuously update your knowledge on the latest health trends, research, and best practices to provide the most effective support to customers.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, working effectively with customers, healthcare partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Independent Work and Customer Service: Work independently in a remote setting, providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Healthcare Partnerships and Insurance Support: Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare partners, assisting customers with understanding their health insurance coverage and navigating the healthcare system.
• Track Customer Progress: Monitor customer progress, adjusting health plans as needed to ensure customers are on track to achieving their health goals.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful as a Health Coach Consultant, you'll need:
