Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service and support. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting customers, running the register, and cashiering with a smile

Physical Requirements

As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll need to be able to:

  • Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, with the ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
  • Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level, with the ability to push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
  • Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift, with the ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands
  • Climb a ladder to store and retrieve materials or place and remove signs, with a strong sense of balance and coordination
