This role is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills, experience in dental administration, and the ability to provide excellent patient support while managing key front-office and insurance-related functions. Requirements
Must have experience working with US-based private dental clinics or dentists (required) Experience with EMR/EHR systems, insurance verification, patient confirmations, appointment scheduling, and inbound call handling Experience in dental billing and coding is an advantage Strong written and verbal English communication skills Excellent customer service and patient communication skills Empathetic, professional, and patient-focused approach Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively Comfortable working with U.S.-based dental providers and patients Must have stable internet connection and a dedicated quiet workspace for remote work
