Responsibilities also include assisting clients with travel arrangements, maintaining accurate records, and building positive relationships through effective communication.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Support, and maintaining Customer Satisfaction
- Strong understanding of Customer Experience principles and strategies
- Ability to effectively communicate and provide exceptional support to clients
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage bookings and inquiries
- Experience in the travel industry or knowledge of travel planning is a plus
- Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for remote work
