Position Overview: We are seeking independent, motivated, and resourceful Healthcare Recruiters to join our fully remote team. In this commission-based role, you will identify, qualify, and submit candidates for a wide range of healthcare positions. You’ll earn a minimum of $1,800 per successful placement, with the opportunity to earn more based on role type and volume. Key Responsibilities:
- Source and engage qualified healthcare professionals through job boards, LinkedIn, and networking
- Review applications and conduct candidate screenings
- Clearly communicate job requirements and expectations to candidates
- Submit candidates through our recruitment platform for client review
- Maintain regular contact with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Stay organized and track activity in our applicant tracking system
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet monthly placement goals
Qualifications:
- Experience in healthcare recruiting, staffing, sales, or a related field preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable with remote work and self-management
- Tech-savvy and familiar with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools
- Must reside in the U.S. and be eligible to work
- Must have a computer, internet access, and a quiet work environment
