Associate Attorney

They are seeking an Associate Attorney to join their Warranty Defense team, responsible for day-to-day case development, handling depositions, managing discovery tasks, and supporting partners in litigation planning and trial preparation.
Responsibilities
- Handling depositions
- Engaging directly with clients
- Collaborating with technical experts
- Managing critical discovery tasks
- Writing and arguing motions
- Working with partners through trial
- Supporting partners on strategic litigation planning
- Trial preparation and execution
Skills
- JD from accredited law school
- Active California Bar admission
- 1+ years of litigation experience
- Experience in warranty defense preferred
- Understanding of current state and federal procedures
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to excellence
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills
- Desire to work closely with others in a team-oriented environment
